The quality of these valves directly impacts the performance, reliability, and longevity of the compressor. High-quality valves ensure precise control over intake and discharge cycles, minimizing energy consumption and reducing the risk of leaks and pressure drops. Conversely, inferior valves can lead to inefficiencies, increased operational costs, and frequent maintenance issues. Therefore, maintenance at regular intervals with high-quality internals is essential for maintaining optimal performance and ensuring the longevity of the entire compressor system. www.KBDME.com 💚🤍🖤❤️💚🤍🖤❤️💚🤍🖤❤️

Welcome to the official AGNES LinkedIn account. AGNES is a continental think tank that provides technical support to the AGN that advances the common Africa position on climate change under UNFCCC.
Globally, only 36% of Parties (70 out of 196) have developed and communicated their #LTSs to the UNFCCC UN. The ratio is further lower in Africa, where only 8 countries including #Benin, #Ethiopia, #TheGambia, #Morocco, #Nigeria, #Tunisia, #SouthAfrica, and #Zimbabwe have developed and communicated their LTSs to the UNFCCC. This translates to approximately 15% of Parties from Africa that have developed their LTSs. https://lnkd.in/erUHABVY

🌍 As the next round of NDC reporting nears, governments and stakeholders are ready to meet their commitments with pride, eager to showcase their strides in climate change mitigation under the 2015 Paris Agreement. 🌿 Recently, IROKO Africa had the privilege of participating in a capacity-building workshop by GGGI Africa and MINEDDTE, diving into the MOPA (Mitigation Outcome Purchase Agreement) under Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement. It was inspiring to learn about Côte d'Ivoire's efforts in implementing its NDCs and contributing to the carbon market with transparency and integrity. #ClimateAction #ParisAgreement #NDCs #Sustainability #EcoResilience #CarbonMarket

The Colour of Tomorrow is Green. This World Environment Day, the theme is ‘Land restoration, desertification and drought resilience’ under the slogan ‘Our land. Our future. We are #GenerationRestoration’. Saudi Arabia hosts, but the fight is global. The UN Environment Programme states, "Globally, countries have pledged to restore 1 billion hectares of land – an area larger than China." And, we at Accacia refuse to be bystanders. Decarbonization is a piece of the puzzle, but a healthy planet demands a complete solution. Let's build it together. This isn't just a pledge; it's an overdue conversation. The land speaks. It tells us of its degradation, its loss, its pain. Will we listen? Will we act? We say yes. Will you? #worldenvironmentday #sustainability #esg #sustainablebusiness #sustainabledevelopment

In a significant move towards environmental sustainability, Saudi Arabia has pledged $2.5 billion to the Middle East Green Initiative. This ambitious regional effort focuses on combating climate change through several key strategies: Large-scale afforestation: Planting trees across the region is a critical component to counteract desertification and improve air quality. Land rehabilitation: Restoring degraded land will not only combat desertification but also improve agricultural productivity. Carbon emission reduction: The initiative aims to implement strategies and technologies to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. #gcc #saudiaarabia #tourism #sustainability #financeworld #financeworldmagazine

One of the most common problems that limits our progress towards sustainable development is the "carbon tunnel vision". This amazing visual by Jan Konietzko represents this term that stands for "solely focusing on carbon footprint, which can result in too much focus on a single issue in the sustainability strategy. This can potentially exclude other relevant impact outcomes of products that heavily impact the environment as well". Part of that can be seen clearly in the NDCs,NAPs and sustainable urban development strategies within countries. Achieving the goal of "sustainable cities and communities," for example, is closely intertwined with challenges like water policies , poor fiscal management and urban encroachments that are playing a vital role in exacerbating the crisis. As a result, SDG 11, which aims for sustainable cities and communities, is one of the worst-performing goals in Iraq according to the Sustainable Development Report 2024, even though there is notable progress in other SDGs. What could be the key to solving this puzzle, lies in thoroughly analyzing the root causes of these problems, rather than relying on quick "patching" fixes.
