Some unforgettable highlights: ✦ Insightful Interactions: Our journey through the consulting firms was marked by a series of profound conversations that left an indelible mark. We were fortunate to engage with a spectrum of professionals - from seasoned partners who've seen the industry evolve over decades, to recent associates committed to deliver client value. ✦ Seasoned Partners: Their wisdom provided a panoramic view of the consulting landscape. Their anecdotes from pivotal projects and turning points in their careers gave us a sense of the grit, perseverance, and strategic thinking required at the helm. It was humbling to see the genuine care that they have for their clients, people, and the offices they lead. ✦ Dallas Charm: While the consulting behemoths were our primary focus, Dallas itself emerged as a silent protagonist in our narrative. This city, with its iconic skyline and southern hospitality, played host in the most gracious manner. Hustling between the firm visits, the bustling streets, architectural marvels, and historic landmarks of Dallas provided a visual and cultural treat. The juxtaposition of modern skyscrapers the omnidirectional mesmerizing views narrated a story of a city that is soaring into the future. Collectively, these interactions presented a comprehensive picture of the consulting world’s rigors, the intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, and the evolutionary trends shaping its future. 🙏 Heartfelt thanks to all the practitioners who shared their wisdom and journeys. Summer Case in Paris: Expectation vs. Reality This is Magnus Trampe Broch, an Associate at BCG in Denmark. This Summer, he had the opportunity to work on a project in Paris, where he helped a client, undergoing rapid growth, structure their organization for future success. "And to make everything a bit more complex, our client was in the process of acquiring another company almost similarly sized - but what the heck, there's a reason why one of our values is Conquer Complexity, right?" says Magnus with a wink. It's in navigating these complexities that we, as BCG'ers, find our greatest strength and satisfaction. Magnus's experience in Paris is just one example of how we work and thrive in dynamic and challenging environments, ensuring both professional growth and results for our clients. #BCGinDenmark

In this I learnt, I analyzed and most importantly I enjoyed a lot solving real life problems. I just completed BCG's Strategy Consulting Job: Completed a job where I advised a hypothetical local telco company, Company X, facing a decline in profits Conducted market research to determine the feasibility of the proposed solution Used excel to build a model to predict the potential profitability of the proposed solution Communicated a summary of key findings in a clear presentation to stakeholders.
