Inclusion matters for everyone. In our global research in 2021, we saw that Asian women and men were least likely to feel fully included, at 20% and 16%. In 2023, that number jumped by 29% and 24%. These increases show that intentional investments in inclusion really work. Yet employers still have a long way to go to foster inclusion for all employees.
