Dear Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Bagga Link Service Pvt. Ltd., based in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. On May 11, 2024, I booked a Bajaj Pulsar NS 400 and paid INR 5000 via my debit card. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the booking and requested a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am yet to receive the cancellation cheque. The inefficiency and lack of response from Bagga Link Service Pvt. Ltd. have been extremely frustrating and disappointing. 20 days since Purchased Chetak Electric from JC Motoplex Pune. For additional features Paid for Tecpec. Dealer still not providing the Tecpec upgrade. Complaint registered with customer complaint but no feedback. This is typical of an Indian Company customer service mindset. Not sure when our industry will improve customer excellence.
