1moI am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent servicing of my Bajaj Pulsar 150 at your authorized service center, Agrawal Automobiles - Authorized SUB-Dealer of Vinayak Bajaj, on July 12, 2024. The service center is located at R.C. Pur, Sardar Patel Road, Jatni, Dist- Khorda, Odisha . Firstly, I was not provided with a proper invoice or bill for the servicing. Instead, I was presented with an Excel sheet containing a list of charges and the total amount, which was claimed to be my bill. This is an unprofessional practice, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability.I had previously inquired about the availability of invoices, and I was assured that they would be provided. However, upon repeated visits to the service center, I was consistently met with the same Excel sheet and the insistence that it was my bill. This lack of cooperation and disregard for my concerns is unacceptable. I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and provide me with a detailed breakdown of the charges on the Excel sheet. I also demand a proper invoice or bill for the servicing of my Bajaj Pulsar 150.
