SWEETWORLD GROUP JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Project & Maintenance Manager Qualification: B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) Minimum Experience: 12 Years Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand Professional Skills: ·Taking care of plant maintenance activities and execution along with new small project activities. ·Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. ·Monitor equipment spare inventory and plan for spares when necessary. ·Achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements with a strategy to manage expenditure. ·Apply continuous improvement principles with a specific focus on eliminating faults, reducing downtime, minimizing revenue spend, improving cycle times, designing out failure moods, and maximizing the performance and longevity of components. Becoming involved in Factory-wide maintenance activities as required. ·Ownership of all maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, Work Order Completion, and RCA Completion. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Projects Strategy Development (15%) ·Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance/project strategy aligned with organizational goals. ·Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on criticality. Team Leadership and Management (20%) ·Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. ·Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.   Equipment Maintenance and Repair (25%) ·Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities. ·Develop and implement procedures for efficient equipment setup, changeovers, and calibrations.   Spare Parts and Inventory Management (10%) ·Establish and maintain an effective spare parts inventory management system. ·Coordinate with suppliers to procure spare parts and negotiate favorable agreements.   Health and Safety Compliance (10%) ·Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. ·Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety training, and promote a culture of safety awareness.   Budgeting and Cost Control (10%) ·Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, forecasting expenses and tracking expenditures. ·Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize the maintenance process.   Continuous Improvement (10%) ·Identify areas for improvement within the maintenance function and implement best practices. ·Evaluate and adopt new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and equipment performance.   Documentation and Reporting (5%) ·Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance reports.     Please share your updated CV to "dishahr@bakemate.in" #Jobs #Hiring #recruiting
