Here’s what I think as a Senior Marketing Manager in this field 👇 It seems very enticing - The amazing commissions - The luxurious lifestyle - Working with top-level professionals Well, that’s just the good part of it. Something that you only see from a distance. When you get up close here’s what you see: - Competition that’s only increasing by the hour - Clients that ghost you - Leads that don’t convert Well, I’m not saying it's all bad. Just shedding a little light on it. But that’s not all. Having worked at TVG for the last year, this is what I’ve learned. It’s actually the best field for you if you have two skills: 1. Selling - that includes the art of negotiating and closing the deal - Without losing your calm - While making the client feel like it’s their win 2. Talking - that includes skills like presentation and speaking well - Staying professional at all times - Serving the best interest of the client as well as the develop ✨ Bonus: Relationship development - something that I’ve learned from Ansh Virmani - Build a strong, lasting relationship with the client whether you close the deal or not. - It helps enhance your network and also build your reputation. It’s difficult, yes. But if you ace these two things, being a Real Estate Agent can be the biggest breakthrough in your life. So before you decide to enter this field, ask yourself: - Am I ready to bear the pressure and challenge? - Am I ready to face the competition? - Do I have great speaking and selling skills? If you said yes to all three, you’re good to go. If not, you can still work on these skills and then enter the industry.
