Before and after: Plastifloor Resins had been used to renovate balconies after removing the old Triflex coating. System: Plastifloor 118 primer, 2 layers 800 PUMMA, the second with Pigments and some flakes in it. After curing it was sealed with Plastifloor 528 clear. You all know this problem. Exhaust soot embeds within the surrounding paint and can't be simply washed off. It's literally filled the pores of the paint. No amount of scrubbing will clean it away.
