CapMan Real Estate improves GRESB results across the board, two funds receive five-star ratings⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
GRESB assesses and compares the ESG performance of real assets globally and has become the go-to benchmark for ESG performance of different funds and companies.
This year, two CapMan Real Estate funds, the Nordic Property Income Fund and the Hotels II Fund, received the highest possible rating of five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, while funds across the board saw significant score improvements.
It's time to celebrate these fantastic results and the hard work behind them. 🎂
It has been great to see the dedication across our offices making a real impact by enhancing the sustainability of our portfolio properties and collecting data in ways that enable efficient asset management. We have also taken steps to not only reduce our environmental footprint but also to become more nature-positive, while considering social aspects related to the built environment and our operations.
According to my colleague Anna Rannisto, these results highlight the systematic work we have done throughout 2022-2023 to improve our investment and asset management practices from a sustainability perspective. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on meeting our building certification, energy, GHG, water, and waste recycling targets to enhance the environmental performance of our assets. Also, a big thank you to Sofia Lindh!
