Blazej has been leading on the Bow Goods Yard masterplan, the missing piece of the Olympic Legacy and one of the few strategic railheads in London. Benniman has been appointed by Stoford Developments Ltd to build a 278,048 sq ft facility at Worcester Six Business Park. The project, designed by UMC Architects, will deliver a new building for global manufacturer MiTek under the BREEAM Communities framework. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2025, it marks the first development at the park's southern extension.
