Dear network After my enjoyable Erasmus experience in Finland, it was immediately time for another brand new experience! The past few months have been an unforgettable and instructive experience where I not only had the opportunity to discover the world of customer service and after sales, but where I also could grow professionally and personally. After several months, it is almost time to say goodbye to my internship at Balta Group. An internship I look back on with great pride! During my time at Balta, I have had the opportunity to work on several German and American projects and to collaborate with immensely nice people! I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Kim Vandenbossche for her guidance and the tremendous opportunities I got during my internship. I would also like to thank team Deutschland, America and after sales for their support and the wonderful experiences at Balta. Lastly, I would like to thank my supervisor from Arteveldehogeschool, Stijn Mistiaen for his support during my internship period.
