🌍𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗘 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁: 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. What an incredible program! I wish I’d had access to something like this when I first started my journey, but I’m thrilled to see more initiatives like this taking root and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. 🚀 Out of all the recent talks and events I’ve participated in, this one was especially challenging to prepare for—it made me reflect deeply on my own path as both an entrepreneur and a woman (in tech) building Bamble ⚡. Building a company isn’t easy, and leading a team is even tougher. Starting this journey far from “home” brings unique challenges, and yes, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 *𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆* 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹. If I’m honest, there are more hard moments than the “shiny” ones we see online. But as women founders, we have the chance to reshape the narrative. By embracing inclusivity and learning from the challenges we’ve overcome, we can build companies that reflect our values and promote true inclusiveness. ⭐It was a pleasure sharing stories with other inspiring founders like Claire ALLARD co-founder of Alké and Simona Testoni on the investment side. 💡 And, of course, a big thank you to professionals like André Gonçalves and Gabriela Murillo Mena and to organisations like Nova SBE Haddad Entrepreneurship Institute, for recognizing how crucial this topic is. 💜𝗕𝗧𝗪.
