Our portfolio company Hunt Club is disrupting how companies find talent. They surveyed 1,000 hiring managers and job seekers to reveal the frustrations and inefficiencies with traditional recruitment practices. Some key takeaways: •77% of hiring managers and 89% of job seekers would NOT recommend using traditional recruitment firms based on their latest experiences •Only 16% of top candidates are acquired through traditional recruitment agencies and an even lower 5% are successfully sourced through cold outreach •Ultimately, relationships still matter.
