3moIf you can believe it, 8 weeks have passed since one of the most motivated, talented, independent, and intelligent people I know began the interview process with BambooHR. It involved a dozen people, 7 actual interviews, multiple unfulfilled promises to get back to her, her having to constantly follow up with them because they dropped the ball, and an overall arduous and ultimately disappointing FIFTY-FOUR DAYS worth of back and forth that amounted to nothing. BambooHR is unprofessional and disrespectful to interview candidates. It's laughable that they're a company that specializes in streamlining the interview process yet can't seem to keep their own interviewees in the loop or provide answers during a long drawn out back-and-forth that amounts to emotional torture. Shame on you, Bamboo. I'm glad you didn't hire my colleague: she's too good for you. If what she endured during her "interview process" is any measure of your team building, you did ME a favor because I only had to watch her suffer through 8 weeks with you people. Imagine the support I'd have to provide day in and day out if she ended up having to navigate the messy endeavor of actually working for you! Get your s*** together, you cottonheaded ninny mugginses.
