Smith publishes he’s now a billionare seeming that he has decided to accept an opportunity to join me personally as one of the wealthiest Americans. However, he’s not presented me with a timeline for providing closure documenting how I’ve helped him accomplish such things with him due diligently finding deals in private equity for our enterprise software businesses at Vista Equity Partners. From the begiinning, I was the wealthiest individual in America with Warren Buffet when I started investing at Terrence Smith Private Wealth & Financial, SP. Now, my portfolio of assets within my U.S. Bank personal wealth trust ledger are being reviewed pending me generating an internal report of the total value of my U.S. Bank personal wealth trust’s collection of assets, that I’m sure has my personal wealth trust has my personal networth now valued in the $ Trillions of dollars. Dawson and Daniel are, “Putting in the Work”, on the 1890 Tour to meet people where they are across America to share short term and long term solutions to mitigate real estate appraisal bias. In a world where some real estate appraisal industry leaders have stated that “recent appraisal bias cases have been sensationalized in the media”, human bias in real estate appraisal will never be eliminated. Clients who deserve to have their needs and preferences considered as a part of the design of the ecosystem they’re operating in. August is National #BlackBusinessMonth, a reminder that the Underground Railroad lives in E.E. Ward Moving & Storage Co. The Columbus, Ohio-based firm is recognized as the United States’ oldest continuously Black-owned business, dating to the 1840s when it began transporting runaway slaves. Black companies have endured and evolved since the horse-and-buggy era, continuing to surmount our nation‘s racial fault lines. According to Lendio, Washington, D.C. has the highest percentage of Black-owned businesses (35%) and employer firms (15%). There are approximately 3.7 million Black-owned businesses nationwide and roughly 161,400 have at least one employee. The largest is World Wide Technology, with $17 billion in revenue and 10,000 employees. But financing remains a problem for Black business owners: 47% who apply for a loan are denied. Thankfully, organizations that understand the work and worth of Black businesses are available to assist. These include the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council, as well as local Chambers of Commerce in the District, Northern Virginia, and Prince George’s and Montgomery counties.
