A Call to Action
We are celebrating today, the World Patient Safety Day which serves as a poignant reminder of the critical role accurate diagnoses play in patient safety. The theme for this year, “Improving Diagnosis for Patient Safety,” highlights the need for diligent efforts to prevent diagnostic errors. Our slogan, “Get it right, make it safe!” is more than just a phrase; it’s a call to action for all of us at CMRC Hospital and encapsulates the collaborative approach needed from all members of our healthcare community.
To support this initiative, we are enhancing our practices by reinforcing the importance of thorough patient history evaluations and meticulous clinical examinations. We are also improving access to necessary diagnostic tests and integrating innovative technology solutions.
As we celebrate this day, let’s reaffirm our commitment to these practices and strive to eliminate errors in diagnosis, ensuring safer outcomes for all our patients.
