✨Remote work has always been there, but it did gain momentum and popularity during Covid. Tune into this podcast conversation. The host's questions are in SPANISH, my responses are in ENGLISH. The 5 levels are your Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values and Implementation Plan. An actionable strategy is one with an Implementation plan that matches actual Mission activities that lead to the achieving the Purpose and Vision of an organization, aligned with the Values, timelines, and most important of all, currently available resources. Waiting for future resources delays work output, scalability, performance, impact and ROI. ✍🏼 A clear STRATEGY + skilled LEADERSHIP TEAMS = Higher ROI. Leading remotely requires clear communication. Clear communication comes from leaders working on themselves, so that they are leading from within. The more leaders work on themselves, the better able they are at creating psychologically safe environments for their teams to step in, flourish and contribute at even higher levels. ✍🏼 PEOPLE + PERFORMANCE = Higher ROI. Relationship Building is important. It starts with the Self. The more self-aware and conscious our leaders are, the higher their emotional intelligence.
