🚧 New retail, restaurant, and hotel space development in Alabaster could begin this summer.
The city estimates District 31 will generate an estimated $2.8 million per year in new city sales taxes, and an estimated $1.4 million in new school sales revenue. Building construction could begin as early as next year.

This is the second #pinellascountySprouts Farmers Market location announced recently. When grocers do research for site selection, they look at two major trends/factors: food spend away from home, and median income.
Sprouts is now going all in on #Largo and the #skywaymarinadistrict. Both of these locations are indicators that they anticipate 1)higher incomes in these once low-earning areas, and 2) a likelihood that people will elect to dine out less than/equal than the average consumer, and instead purchase groceries.
This follows the recent opening of Whole Foods in St. Pete, and the acquisition of Winn-Dixie by Aldi. The grocery store turf wars are about to get even hotter.

We took on pest control for a national restaurant chain estate several years and all sites had pest issues.
Over the years this chain has refurbished/built new restaurants and we were involved in the process, advising on potential pest risks at every stage.
All these new sites have a 95% improvement in pest control.
