He has previously been an advisor at the Federal Reserve System in Washington DC, and a Visiting Scholar at the Bank of Japan’s Institute for Monetary and Economic Studies.     Emily leads the ESG & sustainability practice for financial services at Baringa and is also an Executive Fellow at King's Business School.
