He has previously been an advisor at the Federal Reserve System in Washington DC, and a Visiting Scholar at the Bank of Japan’s Institute for Monetary and Economic Studies. Emily leads the ESG & sustainability practice for financial services at Baringa and is also an Executive Fellow at King's Business School. She has over twenty years of experience shaping strategy and delivering large-scale business and technology change programs in the financial services sector including initiatives at three blue-chip organisations: IBM, KPMG, and Accenture.
