Getting Recognition in the Blue-Collar entrepreneurial space is hard on any level… In the blue-collar/skilled trades 🌎, hard work often goes completely unnoticed. Truly this day an age is merely tolerated, let alone celebrated.. It can be tough to get recognized when your day-to-day life can swing from meetings with high level individuals and ensuring that your representing your team in the best light. Little do they know your team has called you 3-4 times needing answers or help with a current problem that could potentially red light the project they are working on. And you maybe leave that meeting and need to jump in the sloppiest, mud hole to help them thru whatever challenge they may have currently. But Today, I could not be more proud to celebrate Sy-con’s feature in a recent article—an achievement that means so much to our team. 🧀🤝🌿 I've worked for large, multi-billion dollar companies; but working for a family-owned company like Rumiano Cheese brings unique advantages. The sense of community and strong relationships, especially with family farms we've partnered with for generations, creates an environment of trust and shared purpose. Decisions are often made with vision, emphasizing sustainability and legacy. I have never worked with a company with a stronger emphasis on community and really taking care of it's people. On the flip side, there can be challenges, like navigating family dynamics or adjusting to the often slower pace of change. However, the closeness and commitment to core values make these hurdles more manageable.
