KM Dryer has its unique heat exchanger system. In the Dryer, the clean air at ambient temperature is heated to 180°C by burning natural gas to dry the product. After recirculation in the machine, the heated air is discharged through the exhaust as flue gas. If the fresh air temperature at the machine entrance can be increased, the natural gas energy consumed will decrease. Flue gas can be mixed with fresh air before entering the exchanger. Fresh air can be heated to 60-70°C before entering the dryer.
