Here are some actionable ways to make a difference: 1. Consume Women-Produced Content: Seek out and support content created by women, whether it's books, music, films, or other forms of media. Amplify their voices and perspectives. 2. Champion Women-Owned Brands: Make a conscious effort to patronize businesses owned and operated by women. Your support directly contributes to their success and empowerment. 3. Follow Women in Various Fields: Stay informed about the work of women scientists, researchers, chefs, artists, and professionals across diverse industries. Celebrate their achievements and contributions. 4. Support Women in Your Personal Circle: Encourage and uplift the women in your life, whether it's your partner, friends, colleagues, or neighbors. This perspective is critically important, Vira Bohdanenko , especially as the United States continues to supply Ukraine with #clusterbombs, a potent and extremely dangerous weapon that bears some characteristics in common with #landmines. These munitions contaminate entire villages for decades with small bomblets that can lie in wait for unsuspecting children, farmers and other civilians. Once they are deployed, the bomblets are « dumb, » and cannot differentiate between a child and a soldier. Over history, Humanity & Inclusion U.S. and other organizations find that more than 90 percent of victims of cluster bombs are civilians.
