Myself Barnalee Banerjje had struggled with weight gain for years. Despite countless diets, exercise regimens, and weight loss programs, I could never seem to shed more than a few pounds. My confidence had hit an all-time low, and my health was suffering. One day, while researching weight loss, I stumbled upon a fascinating concept: the role of gut microbes in regulating body weight. I learned that the trillions of microorganisms residing in her intestines played a significant role in digestion and metabolism. Intrigued, I decided to explore this avenue as my last hope. I consulted with a nutritionist friend who specialized in gut health. They designed a personalized diet plan that aimed to nourish her beneficial gut bacteria while reducing harmful ones. Fermented foods, prebiotics, and probiotics became my new best friends. I also incorporated a consistent exercise routine to complement my dietary changes. The transformation was remarkable. Within weeks, I noticed increased energy levels and decreased cravings for unhealthy foods. My weight began to drop steadily. What was even more surprising was that I was losing more than just a few pounds; I had shed over 10 kilograms in a matter of months. The secret to my success lay in the balance of her gut microbiome. The beneficial bacteria were now helping my digest food more efficiently, reduce inflammation, and even control my appetite. My story was a testament to the power of understanding and nurturing the gut microbes. Barnalee Banerjee's journey from struggling with her weight to achieving a healthier and happier life was an inspiration. My story showed that sometimes, the key to weight loss lay within, in the intricate world of gut microbes, waiting to be harnessed and transformed into a powerful force for positive change. Working on gut bacteria not only made me healthier person but mentally happy as serotonin release mostly in your gut then your brain.

Slow breathing technique give miraculous effect to your health. Slow breathing, also known as diaphragmatic or deep breathing, can have profound positive effects on both physical and mental health. When practiced regularly, it induces a state of relaxation, triggering the body's parasympathetic nervous system. This activation helps reduce stress, anxiety, and overall tension. Physiologically, slow breathing can enhance respiratory function by promoting deeper inhalation and exhalation. This optimizes oxygen exchange in the lungs, improving oxygenation of the blood and subsequently benefiting various bodily functions. Additionally, slow breathing has been linked to lower heart rates and blood pressure, contributing to cardiovascular health. Moreover, this mindful breathing technique has psychological benefits, such as improved focus and heightened mindfulness. By engaging in slow, intentional breaths, individuals may experience better emotional regulation and a greater sense of calm. Chronic stress has been associated with various health issues, and incorporating slow breathing into a daily routine can be a powerful tool for stress management. Overall, the practice of slow breathing is a simple yet effective way to promote both physical and mental well-being.

You are not what you eat, you are what you digest, says Dr Harald Stossier It seem as puzzled but its true, every person has different enzyme or microbes in there body which help in there digestion. You might have heard that few people re intolerant to milk products. Few of them are allegeric to gluten. Some of them are intolerant even to fruits and veggies. They are not allergic to them but they don't have that microbes to digest those food. Microbes are transfer from mother to baby when they are born but if mother is nutrient deficient or imbalance microbes that pattern carry forward to child. Further if microbes are not balance that problem take a form of any diseases. As our body is made up of 99% of bacteria ,yeast, fungi and all are healthy. These bacteria maintain the immune system which help to fight all the diseases. Autistic child, even child with type 1 diabetes are the example. Be with nature, play with mud, gardening, eating nature grown food ,probiotics etc help you to maintain the digestion and prevent you with many diseases.

Autophagy secret to live longer and healthy life. My grandfather use to take one meal a day and rest whole day he use to intake either fruit or use to live on water. I always use to ask him “ Dadu you don't feel hungry “,though he was energetic throughout the day. He always use to tell me “ when you eat less your body function really well “. I never understood that time that there is a huge science behind eating less food or no food. Autophagy is a cellular process crucial for maintaining cellular health and homeostasis. It involves the degradation and recycling of damaged or unnecessary cellular components, such as organelles and proteins, through lysosomal activity. This self-cleansing mechanism plays a vital role in cellular repair, energy balance, and the removal of harmful substances. Autophagy is triggered by various stressors, including nutrient deprivation, and is implicated in diverse physiological processes, including immunity and aging. Dysregulation of autophagy is associated with various diseases, highlighting its significance in maintaining cellular integrity and overall organismal health. To Maintain healthy ecosystem of gut microbiota you need to maintain autophagy which help to remove toxin ,repair of cells ,multiplication of healthy microbiome which overall help to function each and every body part.

Suppressing your emotions for longer period of time can lead to Asthma. Rachna young professionals ,alluring personality, but inside she had so much fear about relationship. For small thing she could not express her thought. Once in official party she had a arguments with one colleague and later she got asthma attack. We all got scared seeing her condition. When she returned home i ask her why you always scared whenever you need to face people or argue with someone. This time you got asthma attack. At that time i came to know that her parents were very strict and dominating never allow her to express her feeling . Which later got converted to asthma Asthma may emerge when emotions are suppressed due to the stress response affecting the microbiome. Chronic emotional repression can disrupt the balance of the gut microbiota, impacting immune function. Stress-induced alterations in microbial composition may lead to dysregulation of the immune response, contributing to inflammation and bronchoconstriction in the airways, characteristic of asthma. The gut-brain axis, connecting emotional well-being to gut health, plays a pivotal role. Hence, a suppressed emotional state may adversely impact the microbiome, potentially exacerbating asthma symptoms as the intricate interplay between the mind and microbiota influences immune pathways involved in respiratory health .
