So if you’re providing something easy to judge – event management, cleaning services, removal services – ask for lots of customer reviews. OK then. Let's for a moment suspend belief that the below random marketing email came to a) a well known NZ cybersecurity business, b) a company who is already ISO27001:2022 certified and c) folks that ACTUALLY work with NZ businesses to get them ISO27001:2022 certified..... The thing that bothered me most about this imminently deleteable SPAM was the outrageous claims that ISO certification can be done absent of a business actually making any change to their security posture ("little input from your internal resources") and within 6 weeks! I'm tempted to respond just so that I can see those contractual loop holes in the 100% money back guarantee. Getting ISO27001:2022 certified is a business change journey of putting in good security practice into all levels of your business and having this validated through external certification. Like my Mum used to say 'If it is too good to be true, then it probably is'! (and don't get me started on a couple of the 'reference' companies appearing to be rebrands of the sending company....:-/)
