🤗 Team: A team is a group of two or more people who interact, discuss, and think in a coordinated and cooperative manner, united by a common goal. 👀 Is the above a technical definition? 😎 A team is about finding people who empathize with each other, who celebrate each other’s achievements, but also support each other in managing frustration and motivating one another to keep going. A team is someone who asks you how your day was, how you are doing, and if you need anything! A team is someone who helps you without expecting anything in return! A team is someone who helps you shine, who challenges you to do more! A team is someone who brings a smile to your face at some point during the day! 👉This is my team! They make me a better professional and a better person every day! Lucía Enríquez Antonella Petta Gaston Rossetto

Things we do to stop us feeling like room mates: ❤️ We go on date nights - regularly. No phones or screens, just dedicated time to create a shared experience together. ❤️ We engage in regular physical affection. Kisses that last longer than six seconds, hand holding and yes, the occasional butt grab. ❤️ We split the household chores and mental load. We're a team. ❤️ We hold each other to our relationship standards. Which means gently calling one another out when we notice something slipping. ❤️ We have hard conversations and ask hard questions like "What do you need from me?" or "Here's what I need from you." ❤️ We plan and create shared goals together - like holidays, buying something big or taking on a new risk. and most importantly... We work on our relationship. We don't wait until it breaks down. We take action every single time we notice something slipping... Some times that even means going to therapy and getting someone outside of our love bubble to help us see through it. ❤️

Alcedo Care💙 - Group Head of Recruitment NLP Certified Practitioner - INLPTA NLP Master Practitioner - INLPTA - June 2022 Living life to the full MATTERS👍
Team Strengths Matter... ....... on Wednesday our Alcedo Care 💙 Recruiters shared what they bring to the TEAM on a daily basis - energy, passion💙, positivity, fun, experience, knowledge, enthusiasm, support, ears, understanding, determination, motivation, focus, drive, openness, joy...... ..... we used a long piece of ribbon to link us all together as we shouted out our contributions... until we created a spiders 🕸️ If one or more person 'let's go' of the ribbon the 🕸️ weakens and affects the whole team..... sometimes we all need to tighten up - holding the ribbon tight to create strength. Or raise the ribbon to illustrate 'raising our game'..... or lower our ribbon to give someone new the opportunity to join in...... #alcedocare #alcedocarematters #recruitmentmatters #teamworkmatters #strongteamsmatter

--Energy leader/Entrepreneur/Environmentalist/leadership expert/ motivational speaker/Heritage custodian.
As a career person or business person who wants to succeed in your chosen area , there are powerful instruments you must not handle with a wave of hand and these are mutual trust, spirit of companionship and friendship, integrity, dedication, commitment, fairness and equitable sharing of benefits. These are what build up the team spirit. You need to employ people who possess these captivating qualities and with whom you can share such ideals. When you and your team become a custodian of these thriving family of qualities, you will be no other person than a 'Colossus without the feet of clay or Colossus that is never under the feet of clay'. you are a strong force, I celebrate you and your team.

Who Is On Your Team? “When you engage passionate people, you end up with a team, not staff. In building a team, go for people with passion.” Passion is inner energy, inner power. It is fuel to the man who possesses it; it drives him. When you have passionate people on your team, then you genuinely have a team. Your team should comprise people who love what they do. They are happy to get out of bed every morning, not grumpy, and are quick to contribute and create value. Passionate people are committed. They have a ‘why’ for what they do and it drives them. Passionate people don’t beg for motivation; they are self-motivated. They are up for a cause and are committed to seeing it happen. Passionate people, because of constant practice, are often experts at what they do. They love it, so they give themselves wholly to master it. Find passionate people and keep them! Don't say your workers are like a family! Families don't let people go. Families don't get paid to do work. Families don't keep track of how well someone does. And you don't leave your family to join another. You are a 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌. You work together to reach goals. Everyone has to do their part. So bosses, don't say "We're like a family" when it's not true. Be real. 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦. And a good team respects each other, not pretending to be a family. In your team, everyone has a different job and skills. It's not about being related, but wanting the same things. You're not a parent, but someone who leads and helps. Your workers are not kids, but people with their own goals and dreams. So let's be honest and treat our teams like what they are – groups of different people working together. ✅

I transform exit nightmares into victory parades (Advisory for private business with Valuations and Exits, Investor, Speaker & Author of 'Sell Your Business for What it's worth....Without Losing Your Mind')
Life isn't always predictable or perfect. Today, I encountered a challenging scenario involving competing loyalties and professional ethics, which prompted considerable introspection. The situation should not have happened. Someone dropped the ball. After calculating the odds of different eventualities, I ultimately opting to trust my partners. As someone with a background in finance and accounting, typically relying on tangible evidence, this departure required a leap of faith. But business is all about people. How would I want to be treated? What would inspire me to go the extra mile for someone? I invested in my team. I see them rising to the occasion. Trusting people to become more dedicated recognizing the level of trust placed in their hands is where I place my chips.

Knowing the right thing to say in the right situation will cause relationships to flourish and be cultivated. Building a team of likeminded individuals can be attained through unique capabilities and limitations. The main objective is a renewed mind to set common goals.
