1dthere is a significant trend of hiring professionals by( Barrick )lobby(a group of people hired), while the talented youth from Balochistan are overlooked despite their qualifications and potential. This hiring discrimination not only undermines professionals but also hinders the empowerment of our youth. By neglecting to tap into the talent within Balochistan, We urge you to consider implementing policies and practices that prioritize local candidates(Rakshan Division for employment opportunities within Balochistan. Establishing transparent recruitment processes and actively promoting local talent can pave the way for a more inclusive approach to employment in our province. This will not only benefit the local economy but will also help foster a sense of pride and ownership among the youth of Balochistan. The hiring of Professionals in very rare cases but the overall ignoring will contribute to the discrimination and dis hearing of local people.
