Delta Options Band-Ore Gold Property and Further Expands Its Land Position in Thunder Bay, Ontario ⛏️ We are pleased announce that we have entered into an agreement with Golden Share Resources Corporation acquiring the exclusive rights to earn a 100% interest in the Band-Ore property. The Bandore property is located approximately two kilometres west of the Delta-1 Property which in turn lies 50 kilometres west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Property hosts two historic high-grade gold resources that are not considered National Instrument 43-101 compliant1. Together, the Horne and Laurie properties consist of 113 claim units covering approximately 24 square kilometres. The claims are contiguous with the original Delta-1 property “This is another strategic acquisition for Delta. The property package assembled in the Shebandowan Belt covers over 306 square kilometres of very prospective ground in the belt. With this agreement, none of the properties require any work commitments and minimal cash and share payments in the future. This provides Delta with enormous flexibility about where to spend its exploration dollars. **Prosper Gold granted option to acquire Cyprus Project in Canada** - A definitive option agreement is inked with multiple stakeholders, enabling Prosper Gold Corp (PGX) to obtain full interest in the Cyprus project encompassing the #Kaza and #Northstar properties, subject to meeting designated financial and operational benchmarks within a four-year timeframe. - The #CyprusProject, situated in north-central British Columbia, spans an area of 1,368 hectares and encompasses the historically significant Kaza and Northstar copper prospects. - To exercise the option, #ProsperGold must fulfill various obligations, including a payment of C$725,000, issuance of 1,650,000 common shares, and undertaking C$2m in work expenditures. - Upon completion of the acquisition, the optionors will be entitled to a 2% net smelter royalty. We have released our Quarterly Activities Report for the period ended 31 December 2023. Horizon advises that the scoping study on the Gum Creek Gold Project near surface open pittable gold resources remains on schedule for completion Q1 CY2024. A Rights Issue raising $5.9m was completed, with funds used to repay the Company’s debt in full and the remaining funds to be used to complete the scoping study, analysis of the Swan and Swift deposits and to provide general working capital.
