Customer Success: Customer success is focused on working proactively in partnership with customers throughout their time as a customer to help them get more value out of their purchase and share their feedback with you. It drives the customer experience forward and ensures a successful path into the future. Why is customer success important? Customer success leads to business success. It improves customer happiness and loyalty; by genuinely helping your customers succeed, they become your biggest promoters and advocates. Customer success is tied to your bottom line as it helps you reduce churn rates, improve renewal and satisfaction, and therefore boost revenue. Also, this role resonates with my personality of closely working with everyone whom I've worked with in the past and working for their success, getting more from the service or product which they paid for, etc. I'm happy to be the CSO of Maxyfi, working closely with our customers, educating them to use all the features of our software in an effective way, and at the end of the day they are happy that they are in good hands.
