Sometimes during retro-commissioning we need to dig deep in the programming code and BAS trending to find simultaneous heating and cooling or other energy wasting sequence issues. Sometimes, however, the main problem we find is just a heavily clogged air intake that’s preventing any air from moving! Here’s a picture of one my team recently came across. (Gasp!)
