January is my favorite month of the year, it is a new beginning. We just celebrated the new year and now we’re welcoming the Spring with festivals like Lohri, Pongal and Makar Sankranti. And I’m certain that 2024 is going to be a great year. But things haven’t been so great always. As I welcome the new year, I can’t help but remember how it was just 3 years ago. - WINTEG’s team shrunk down to only two people. - Many friends and peers closed their businesses permanently. - Witnessed so many people switch their long-standing careers and jobs. And it still sinks my heart to think, our business was also at the brink of closure. But the worst part? It felt like I failed as a leader. I didn’t know what to do, so I kept doing what I was good at and hoped for the best. And the result of that consistent hard work showed in less than two years. Here’s what I learned from the pandemic and the tough times: ↣ Bad times won’t last forever, keep the hope alive. ↣ Consistency, that’s your key; keep going no matter what. ↣ Good books and good people are the best cure for the worst times. ↣ Face those tough days head-on, it’ll make you better (personally & professionally). Now when I reflect on those times, I believe it only made us stronger and better. So, never lose hope and wish you all a year full of happiness and success! #personalnote #founderstories
It's a testament to your leadership that you navigated the storm, and now, not only survived but thrived.
Being consistent is key, and it can help to surround yourself with good people and information. Indeed, facing challenges head-on is the best way to develop resilience.

9mo📌 3 lessons that helped me turn my life around: ✅ Authenticity goes a long way: - I remained authentic. - And I stayed true to my values. ✅ Necessity drives innovation: - We built processes that we didn't think we could. - Restrictions made us more resourceful. ✅ Now is the best time to re-assess goals: - Reassess your goals, adjust your action plan. - And then be consistent in your efforts.
