This gives users the freedom and tools to express their creativity and bond with their designs. Tip 2: Provide feedback and guidance along the way 👏 When customers invest effort in a product, they need to justify it by valuing the product more. But this can backfire if they feel frustrated or disappointed with the result. To prevent this, you need to provide feedback and guidance, so that customers can achieve their goals and feel satisfied with the process and the product. For example, Duolingo helps users learn new languages through gamified lessons and exercises. It provides constant feedback and encouragement, such as badges, streaks, leaderboards, and notifications. This helps users feel motivated and confident.
