'If you're going to be salty, at least bring tequila' maybe my new and all time quote to deal with haters and nay sayers. Putting out content requires a certain amount of bravery and thick skin. Co-Workers may talk smack. You'll get nasty comments. You'll get nasty messages. People will say things about you behind your back. People will take your content as their own. It happens. Early on that stuff really bothered me. Now? 'If you're going to be salty, at least bring the tequila' It just comes with the territory. To those just getting started... Stick with it. Be good at your job. Be honest with your content. Ignore the haters and nay sayers, you're not writing to them, you're writing to those you are trying to help.

Buying the perfect gift for Dad can be hard. When you know that the perfect gift is beer, Father’s Day beer shopping can be downright brutal if you don’t drink beer yourself. 🍻🌎 Do you play it safe and give him the same old thing he always drinks? It shows you listen, which is good. But many people secretly hope for a surprise and a bit of adventure when they get a gift. So, you might do better if you find Dad a new beer. 👇 https://hubs.li/Q02z8qgT0 To help you get started, here’s how to shop for beer on Father’s Day, even if you don’t like it. If your dad doesn’t like it, we still have a few Father’s Day gifts suggestions that may just do the trick anyway.

Helping Highly Sensitive female business owners thrive without exhaustion, so they have the time, energy & headspace to have more fun | The Flourish Method Group 120 day Group Programme | Podcast - Bounce Out Of Bed
There’s an analogy I like to use about having too much on your plate, because this was me about a decade ago. Imagine you’re at a restaurant and it’s a smorgasbord. You get up from your table, grab a plate and start to pile things onto it. ALL THE THINGS look delicious and you keep piling. When you get back to your table, you look at your plate and think - oh dear, I can’t eat all that. Somehow, you manage to finish the plate and you’re so full, you feel a little bit green. And there’s no room for dessert, the fun part. My plate was overflowing and I couldn’t enjoy the dessert. I had to take things off my plate, that didn’t light me up (and I didn’t do it on my own). It was the most liberating thing and it helped me let go of the things that were sucking the life out of me. Things I felt obliged to do. You can't maximise the joys of life when you’re overwhelmed with obligations. If you need help to identify what you can take off your plate and how to make that happen, I’ve opened up just 3 spots to ‘Find Joy Now’. If you feel like your plate is overflowing with obligations, leaving no room for joy, t's time to clear some space and fill it with what truly matters. I'm offering just 3 spots at a special rate of $147 to help you empty your plate of overwhelm and find joy now. Don't wait until your plate is so full it’s making you sick. You can enjoy life's sweetest moments now. To lock in your spot and start filling your plate with what matters, DM FIND JOY and I'll send the link to book.

Have you had your last drink.?. What would you do if someone said you couldn't booze ever again? Well, maybe you've had your last drink! Your last red wine 🍷 Your last beer 🍺 Your last whiskey or cocktail... But that's ok, because what you're gaining from not boozing is far far greater! For years I feared soberity. I feared being an outcast. I feared being "boring ". But this was all in my head, and in fact it was only when I embraced soberity that I was truly free from pain and anxiety. Have you had your last drink?? Comment below🔽🔽🔽 Ps: Please share this video if you liked it. Pps: Could you take a break from alcohol? I am taking bookings to start a 60 day challenge. Know Your Value #tgif ✳️In our daily lives, the value of a simple bottle of water can vary drastically depending on where it's purchased. At the nearby store it is worth ₹10. The same bottle at fast food joint is ₹15, and jumps upto ₹ 50 at a restaurant and ₹ 100 at a 5 start hotel. ( prices are indicative to drive home a point ) ✳️Same bottle, same brand, same quantity but the place changes its value. The value for the bottle is contextual. Each place’s value determines the value tto the same bottle. ❇️Understanding our own worth is paramount. It's crucial recognise our value and not settle for less than we deserve in any aspect of our lives. ❇️Remember when we recognize and respect our own value, we set a standard for how others should treat us. As the old adage goes, if we don't respect ourselves, we can't expect to attract the respect we deserve from others either. ❇️When we are taken for granted and treated as one of the many options, we can help others to narrow their choices. How ? There is no point in remaining there- simply remove ourselves from the equation. By doing so, our message is clear. We won't settle for being treated as just one of many options for less than what we are. ❇️Yes it sure will hurt but there is no point to hang on.Protecting our self respect is key. #️⃣ Bernard Hopkins said, "If you don't know your own worth and value, then don't expect someone else to calculate it for you." ❇️But value is not about the power, status, titles or wealth but what you are. This rings true in all aspects of our life. When we know our own worth, we radiate a confidence and self-assurance that attracts the respect and recognition we deserve. ✅It’s Friday again shift the energy around you by recognising your own value. After all it all starts with us. 47/366 16/2/24 #fridayblessings #lifelessons #bestadvice #knowyourworth #valueyourself #selfworth #personalgrowth #linkedin #linkedinadvice
