Europe have a very conservative mindset. Companies and people wait for the government money to do the innovation. Small companies need the credit lines to grow and this are mainly offered in the USA. There is a lot of burocracy, regulations that were created by the government to collect taxes and keep the life of a lot of burocrats that they dont produce anything. Along the time less companies produce something significative and tangible and more companies only provide services, that the society doesnt really need. There is no ambition.
