“Straight Six Stu” – A True Legend on Site 👷🏼♂️ Every site has its heroes, and for us, one of the most remarkable is Stuart – or as we all affectionately call him, Straight Six Stuart. Stuart has an unmatched record, consistently achieving the highest NHBC mark of 6 on all his stage inspections. It’s not just a nickname; it’s a testament to his incredible knowledge, dedication, and commitment. He sets the bar high, and we’re all the better for it - “Anything Stu doesn’t know, ain’t worth knowing!” 🏆 What really sets Stuart apart is his energy that bounces off the entire site. His positivity when things get tough and sense drive make him a joy to work with. 🫡 Recently, Stuart’s hard work and leadership were rightfully recognised when he was made up to a ‘Black Hat’ by his managers at Roadform. It was a truely awesome moment, made even more memorable as the entire site gathered to give him a well-deserved round of applause. That collective show of appreciation speaks volumes about the impact Stuart has on everyone he works with. 🤝 Stuart, your knowledge and passion inspires me every day. You play a huge role in ensuring our Groundworks are completed to the highest standard, and your contributions don’t just build homes – they build pride in our work. Congratulations mate - the world needs more people like you. Here’s to many more successes ahead - but I will have to make sure I get someone to show him this post today as he doesn’t own (or want) a smart phone Have a great Friday, and in the words of Stu - “but the boys get there in the end, won’t they” . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #ConstructionExcellence #NHBC #barratthomes #davidwilsonhomes #BuildingSuccess #ConstructionLeadership #BlackHatAchievement #LeadershipMatters #Recognition #newbuildhomes #CareerGrowth #DedicatedToExcellence #WorkplaceWins #construction #ProudMoment #ShoutOut #MakingADifference #SiteLife #ConstructionHeroes #ConstructionExcellence #BlackHatAchievement #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork #Recognition #DedicatedToExcellence #HardWorkPaysOff #ConstructionHeroes

Mr. Holtz, let Vein Access Technologies improve the 'blood donation procedure' for your Techs and your Donors. VAT's STEM-method for the venipuncture and for the POC finger stick blood collection improve the success rate of the donation, reduces the compromise and failure rate, & improves the likelihood of a repeat donation. Current POC methods result in hemolysis of the blood sample, falsely indicating they are 'anemic', when they aren't. The new VAT method (gravity method) does NOT causes hemolysis - ACCURATE RESULTS follow. Current venipuncture methods frequently cause vein rupture, bruising, pain, fear - and sometimes long term recovery (from what should have been an inspirational donation), not to mention the occasional permanent injury. Not all veins are created equal; and not all veins should be stuck. PLEASE - THERE IS NOTHING TO LOSE by investigating VATmethod.com Or visit STEM21cVA.com for the science of it - The Science Behind the Skill of Vein Access for Blood Donation book describes it all. This is a new era for ARC, with a new leader - it's time for a new/next generation venipuncture and POC blood collection. 😊
Please join us in welcoming Cliff Holtz as the new President and CEO of the American Red Cross! Cliff steps into this role following the retirement of Gail McGovern. Cleveland is the only Ohio city to make the World’s Best Cities list for 2025, earning a spot in the top cities globally and ranking an impressive No. 2 in Price-to-Income Ratio. The publication writes: "Few American cities boast a rebirth story like Cleveland’s." "The city is full of this practical ambition and doing the right thing: from the newly renamed MLB Cleveland Guardians (and this year’s accessibility- focused renos to Progressive Field) to the work of the new Cleveland Talent Alliance that aims to make the city “one of the fastest growing and most diverse, inclusive and welcoming metro areas in the Midwest by 2030.” 🔗 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eAAwaAxB #GreaterCLE #AllIn City of Cleveland - City Hall Cuyahoga County Destination Cleveland State of Ohio EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute Cleveland Guardians Cleveland Clinic

It was an honor to have Jason Menzo present me with the Lulie's Light Award for my contributions to the mission during my first year with the Foundation Fighting Blindness. The Lulie’s Light Award honors Field Staff who have made substantial contributions to our organization’s mission and values. The award winners embody our core values: passion for our mission, relationship focused, accountable with integrity, groundbreaking and risk taking, accessible and equitable, and collaborative and inclusive. Recipients demonstrate excellence in: ~ Financial Performance: Exceeding financial goals and optimizing resource allocation. ~ Scientific Advancement: Connecting our community to our research efforts and advancements. ~ Community Engagement: Building strong relationships and increasing support. ~ Operational Excellence: Streamlining processes and improving efficiency. ~ Cultural Leadership: Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. It means a great deal to work for an organization that recognizes and appreciates me for being, "a consistent top performer, exceeding financial goals, and a true leader on the West Region team", and also someone who "embodies collaboration, exemplifies diligence in uncovering new partnerships, and fosters meaningful connections that advance our organization’s impact and values." Thank you, Jason, Jen Nielson, and Nathan Clookie for your belief in me and for striving to create a culture where employees are empowered to succeed.
