I coach high-stakes leaders (CEOs, CXOs) to shatter limiting behaviours and unlock peak leadership performance. Follow me to find out how.
Two leaders, Sudha and Arjun, started their new journey at the same company. Sudha was up first to meet Priya, the head of HR, for her welcome chat. "May I ask a question?" Sudha began. "Absolutely," Priya encouraged. "My previous place was rough. People kept to themselves, always in competition. I never really belonged. How's the atmosphere here?" Sudha queried. "And how did you respond to that environment?" Priya probed. "I was wary, always on my own," Sudha shared. Priya offered a gentle insight, "If you stay guarded here, you might encounter the same vibe." Sudha took this to heart, feeling a bit down, yet she thanked Priya for the honesty. Next, it was Arjun's turn with Priya. "I'm thrilled to be here. My former company was fantastic. It was all about teamwork and support. I thrived there. What can I expect here?" Arjun bubbled with enthusiasm. "How did you engage with your team back there?" Priya inquired. "I dove in with an open heart. Always lent a hand. I was truly part of the team," Arjun recounted, his smile wide. "You're likely to find a similar spirit here," Priya reassured with a smile. Arjun's optimism grew, thankful for the conversation with Priya. How do you step into your workplace each day? With Sudha's caution? Or Arjun's openness? Bold Action Catalyst and Humorist | Exec leaders and teams who take smart risks, speak big ideas and innovate boldly | Improv-fueled Interactive Keynotes | MC | Workshops | Author | CEO, Keeping it Human℠
I am 14 today 😂 🎂 🎉 ...Ok, well, my business is. The shift in Keeping it Human℠ (est. 2010)? From comms and story in 2010 to (pandemic shift) creating shifts at the highest levels of the organization: leaders, teams who change culture. WHY I saw brilliant marketing, product, sales teams who didn't innovate and it had nothing to do with their ability. It had to do with a lack of CULTURE SUPPORT. MY MISSION To bring humor, laughter and levity back. Helping leaders and teams create braver, bolder people and workplaces. When you feel lighter, safer, included, AND increase trust - we change how we show up, connect, communicate and innovate more boldly. We feel equipped to try, learn, fail and grow. SUPPORT. I am bringing sexy laughter back...move over JT. Because what happens further downstream is an issue upstream in culture. I BELIEVE many issues - adaptability, fear, productivity, inclusion, collaboration - could be helped with more humanity and humor (no, funny is not required) where we SEE each other, ACCEPT each other, YES AND each other, laugh together and MOVE FORWARD cohesively. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THIS RIDE WITH ME "SIGN" my bday card vid with a comment below and share with a friend. Celebrating my work anniversary. Feeling thankful for this #workmilestone #keepingithuman #culturechange #humanconnection #innovation #humorforchange

Established CS Leader: Transforming Teams, Driving Business Growth, and Delivering Value to Customers
Last night, I had the honor of attending our 'Legends Meal'🍾, a celebration of long service and dedication to our business. While each individual present was remarkable ⭐, I'd like to take a moment to appreciate two individuals who've made a significant impact on my journey. Firstly, Daniel Bryan . We began our careers together in our early 20s, both of us working in support. Bright eyed and bushy tailed; fast forward 10 years, and we find ourselves in leadership roles, shaping the business we've grown to love ♥️. Through shared laughs, endless memes, side eyes👀, and heartfelt rants, our journey has been filled with memorable moments🤣. Dan, your patience, logic, and aptitude for analyzing support desk performance have been lessons of immense value. Here's to many more years of learning and leading! Secondly, Rebecca King . Since our time together in Customer Success💭, your relentless optimism👏, eagerness for growth, and drive for results 📈 have been a constant source of inspiration. But beyond professional attributes, your empathy 😌 and unwavering commitment to doing the right thing have taught me invaluable lessons about people and leadership. 🫂 I once jokingly said when I started here that I didn't need any more friends (imagine a spicy 🌶️ 20ish year old), but I can confidently say - you're the friends I didn't know I wanted. Here's to the legends of our business, and the bonds that go far beyond the workplace. 🎊 #ColleagueAppreciation #WorkplaceCulture #Leadership #Teamwork #tenure #legends

Company culture is the lifeblood of Success... Looking back on my career, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of companies, from public to privately owned, from small to big across industries. 👉🏽 What's become clear to me is that a strong company culture is not just about the values printed everywhere. 👉🏽 It's about the traits that bring out the best in us, that energize us, that make us want to give our all. ➡️ These are the traits that make us look forward to every workday, that make us feel like we're part of something bigger. ➡️ It's these traits that make us feel valued, trusted, and empowered. In my experience, there are eight signs of a strong company culture: 1. People can make mistakes. 2. People have high levels of trust. 3. People celebrate each other's wins 4. People have a sense of team effort. 5. People have authority in their roles. 6. People have room to try new things. 7. People feel comfortable asking for help. 8. People can express their honest opinions. ⬆️ These signs are more than just a list of values ⬇️ ▶️ They are a shared set of beliefs, attitudes, standards, and behaviors. ▶️ They are the unwritten rules that guide our actions and decisions. ▶️ They are the sum total of everything we think, say, and do. I have been blessed to experience this strong company culture at Nando's. 👉🏽 It's a place where everyone is encouraged to bring their best selves to work, where these eight signs are not just evident, but celebrated. PS : How did this resonate with you? What signs do you look for? Follow Linda Reddy 🌶️ #career #success #employeedevelopment #lindareddynetwork 🌍🌍🌍
