Recently, Union Agriculture Minister Shri Shivaraj Singh Chouhan held a review meeting with senior officials of the Agriculture Ministry to discuss several issues related to farm produce and marketing of agri products. This meeting highlights the importance of addressing the challenges faced by farmers in terms of producing and selling their products. It prompts me to ask: what role can technology play in improving the agricultural value chain, and how can we support small-scale farmers in Africa to increase their market access and competitiveness? As someone who is passionate about empowering farmers, I believe that innovative solutions and collaborative efforts are key to driving growth and development in the agricultural sector. The future of agriculture depends on our ability to adapt to changing circumstances and to work together to address common challenges.
