The M-ERA.NET consortium has met to discuss the preparation of the upcoming Call 2025, including the thematic priorities. A detailed work programme will be elaborated until early 2025 in cooperation 🤝 with representatives of the research community. ERI@N has signed a research collaboration agreement with Anodox to innovate energy storage solutions with immersion cooling technology. The agreement was signed during the official state visit by King Carl XVI Gustaf, King of Sweden to Singapore on 21 Nov where he was hosted to lunch and a panel discussion by NTU Singapore. The collaboration brings together Anadox, a Swedish company which specialises in immersion cooling technique for energy storage system and NTU Singapore, which supports development of advance power converter for APES applications. They have been awarded $200,000 by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) SC Chicago Service Center to advance their Calwave spring and pre-tension systems for wave energy converters. The study, carried out with Compass Lexecon and presented today by Dr Anton Burger and Fabien Roques , examines how innovative grid technologies can help Europe achieve its decarbonisation goals.
