What I've learned from working with founders on establishing the sales function is the impact of low-hanging optimizations. These simple tweaks can boost sales by 10% immediately. Founders miss these quick wins because of being overwhelmed with tasks and firefighting and aren't able to objectively look at their sales process. Here are 3 of my early go-to fixes: ➡ Implementing clear sales stages to prevent deals from slipping through ➡ Establishing straightforward reporting metrics for accurate close rates tracking ➡ Defining attributes of the Ideal Client Profile to focus on valuable clients and drive more sales.
