4️⃣ 0️⃣ YEARS: Episode 3 40 years of international collaboration at GALIA We firmly believe that the most effective standards transcend borders, which is why we actively pursue international standardization with two key pillars: our global member base and collaboration with sister associations worldwide. For 40 years, we have been part of Odette International alongside our European partners (Odette Sweden, SMMT, and VDA), with whom we co-lead it. We contribute to Odette standards, promote them, and some of our GALIA standards are adaptations of them. And this cooperation extends beyond Europe. The Joint Automotive Industry Forum unites Odette and its members with AIAG (North America) and JAMA/JAPIA (Japan), fostering truly global standardization. For over 20 years, GALIA has been a driving force in data security at ENX Association. We are a founding member, with the association headquartered at our facility in Boulogne-Billancourt, while the operational office is in Frankfurt, Germany and the ENX standards (ENX Network and TISAX) have global reach. A good example of a Franco-German organization serving the global automotive industry! We are actively involved in SASIG, a consortium focused on product data exchange, alongside our German, Swedish, American, and Japanese colleagues. And the journey continues! Just weeks ago, we signed a collaboration agreement with Catena-X to become the French Industry Hub, leveraging the expertise of our member base to this new end to end collaborative automotive supply chain initiative. The benefits of these partnerships extend directly to our 200 members. All GALIA members gain automatic membership in ODETTE and the Catena-X Hub, along with strong support regarding ENX. We have a French background, and we are proud of it. But thanks to our global membership and our international partnerships, we have been a leader in the global automotive supply chain standardization. And all nationalities are welcome in GALIA membership or working groups : no need to be French or speak French!
