Dedicated to a Pakistan where every child's needs are addressed with health for all and hunger for none, and where every child has a chance to flourish and live their life to the fullest.

Northern Nigeria records the highest level of poverty in Nigeria. It also has the highest rate of illiteracy as well as highest number of out of school children. This relates directly to the amount of education and learning Northern Nigerian girls have, and their corresponding enlightenment on menstruation, hygiene and sanitary practices. Moreover, in the North, menstruation is considered a delicate topic on which open discussions are often being shied away from. All of these generally contribute to a community of girls with low level of awareness on how best to dispose their affairs during their periods, and thereby engage in sanitary practices to give them the highest level of hygiene.

Caring for aging parents?
Caring for aging parents from afar is a profound challenge that many #overseaspakistanis face, carrying with it a heavy emotional toll. The distance amplifies feelings of guilt and stress, as the desire to provide care clashes with the reality of geographical separation. Traditional values deeply rooted in Pakistani culture emphasize the importance of familial care, especially for the elderly, making the decision to rely on external help even more difficult. However, innovative solutions like telemedicine and home healthcare services are emerging to bridge this gap, offering a semblance of peace and assurance. These services allow overseas Pakistanis to ensure their parents receive the necessary medical attention and support, even when they can't be there in person.

It is heartbreaking to learn that Pakistan ranks 18th globally and 2nd in South Asia for the highest child mortality rates, according to the CIA. These numbers reflect a deeper crisis affecting our future generations.
We need to take immediate action—from improving healthcare access to raising awareness about child nutrition and preventive care. Every child deserves the chance to survive and thrive, and it’s on us to create a healthier, safer environment for them.
Let’s come together to address this urgent issue.

Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) for Health:
Behavior change is essential to improving public health outcomes in Sudan. At Evolare, we are utilizing Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) to promote healthy practices and improve community health. By raising awareness about critical health issues, such as cholera prevention, we are empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being.
Our SBCC campaigns are designed to engage community members through interactive workshops, informational sessions, and community events. We partner with local leaders to ensure that health messages resonate with the community, encouraging them to adopt healthier behaviors. Our goal is to create lasting change that leads to improved health outcomes and greater resilience in the face of ongoing challenges.

With the state of the economy, more and more people are becoming homeless!
What safety nets can be put in place by government and well meaning individuals, to at least cater to a decent number of homeless people in Nigeria?

This programs matter to me because, excreting waste and menstruation are basic, natural processes that every person experiences.
So, proper management of these processes is essential for health and dignity.
However, many families face financial barriers that make it difficult to afford diapers and menstrual products. This can lead to health risks and social stigma.
Hence, by providing these essentials for free, we intend to:
Promote Health: Clean diapers and menstrual products help prevent infections and other health complications.
Support Families: Alleviating the financial burden of purchasing these products allows families to allocate resources to other critical needs.
Foster Dignity: Ensuring access to hygiene products helps individuals maintain their dignity and confidence.
