Students in Baylor Law’s Estate Planning Clinic, under the supervision of Professors Tom Featherston and Josh Borderud, have provided over 500 wills for veterans and first responders since 2016. Under expert guidance, students gain valuable first-hand experience drafting wills and other essential estate planning documents, all while offering critical support to those who serve our community.

Yesterday, we celebrated the soft launch of the Baylor Law School Family Law Clinic, where dedicated attorneys and law students provided legal advice to clients! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this initiative, especially our wonderful volunteers, judges, and the Texas Bar Foundation for their generous support. We are grateful for your commitment and look forward to seeing the positive impact this clinic will have on our community.
The Baylor University School of Law Family Law Clinic has officially launched! Yesterday marked our soft launch with 3 attorneys and 2 law students who gave legal advice to 4 clients! I’m so excited for the future of the clinic and grateful to the large team of individuals who helped make this happen. Next session is November 20!
