KNOW THIS AND REMAIN HEALTHY IN YOUR INTERIOR SPACE Why is soft lighting used in bedroom? Do you know that the idea behind using soft lighting in the bedroom transcend beyond "so it can make people sleep", some of us still won't sleep😀 Here is one of the benefit you can't afford to miss henceforth. You see there is something called Circadian Rhythm (Circadian rhythm is the 24-hour internal clock in our brain that regulates cycles of alertness and sleepiness by responding to light changes in our environment) This is about your body responding to 12hours cycle and towards the second cycle, our brain releases an hormone called Melatonin which helps to revitalize the body after the long day work. The amazing part of Melatonin is that it is released only in darkness when the body is subjected no lighting. It recognises the body to be in a state of rest and not active. Scientists said it is it released from the hour of 10pm I know life has made some of us a Night Walker and worker, so let's estimate years of Melatonin we've missed😀😄😄😄 When I discovered this and started observing it, one notable difference I noticed is "No more headache" after waking up from sleep even if it 2am. So I ensure I hibernate under low lighting between 10-12am. So design scientists got this and came up with the idea of designing soft lighting with low intensity so that people who don't like putting off light completely can still get the nutrient the body naturally release at night. Dear interior designer, I hope from now, you know what to tell your clients about how your design will aid their healthy living.
