Successful age-based recruitment Despite the UK election and its aftermath, for the next couple of months we'll be looking at current skills shortages through a lens that's completely apolitical. One aspect of those shortages is how recruitment is now presenting more and more of a challenge to employers, as gone are the days of simply popping vacancies on a job board, sitting back and waiting for a response. Now more than ever we need innovative attraction methods, and especially to ask the right targeted questions to make sure we have the right cultural fit.
