"Wow!!! Where do I begin?? I had an exceptional experience during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The entire staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I’ve had braces in the past with another orthodontics and visits were always stressful and unpleasant, so this was such an unexpected breath of fresh air! One person stood out among the rest - Mica. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and was extremely knowledgeable, addressing all of my questions with ease. Her energy was so warm and calming, she really made me feel at home. Mica is truly a superstar! Dr. Brothers, the orthodontist, was equally impressive. She displayed a high level of professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge and kindness throughout my appointment. She took her time and demonstrated great patience and attention to detail. I felt at ease knowing that I was in capable hands. To top it all off, as I left the office, I was pleasantly surprised with a freshly baked cookie. It's those little touches that make this place truly exceptional.
