Who is treating hip labral tears with PRP or BMC? for young patients with labral tears and no to mild OA, in my experience have done great. Especially considering hip arthroscopic surgery in my experience has been one of the most underperforming orthopedic surgeries. Evidence for hip arthroscopic surgery is poor in my opinion. Keys to Regen med success is getting to underlying cause of "impingement". if not a direct hip injury then mostly weak posterior hip capsule, weak gluts, or low back issues causing a weak posterior chain. Address these with PT and orthobiologic directly to labrum, weak ligs, and affected spine issues. https://lnkd.in/euKHPQxz
