There is a level sensor on here so you don't have to be looking at the window. There is a readout for how full the tank is, and of course a vent system. So it senses when it's muffling up with that foam and vents the system so you don't have to babysit it while it's pulling vacuum and heating up and off gassing all those volatile compounds and CO2. We also have a mixer. This is a 1 1/2 horsepower mixer with actually a removable mixer shaft. So with one bolt up here. You can drop the mixer shaft and dismount this motor if you need to service it for any reason or open the lid. You don't have to like fish the shaft out. It's accessible directly from inside and then you pop it back in and screw it in with one screw. There's also a clean in place system. There's a clean in place nozzle so that when you pull vacuum on the system you can load a clean in place solution like ethanol and just suck it into the system. The tank, sprays itself down and basically cleans itself. DMS or e-mail info at Beaker and Wrench for your quote on our 200. liter decarb system.

“Plug flow reactor (PFR, sometimes called piston flow reactor or tubular reactor) is an idealized reactor in which all particles in a given cross-section have identical velocity and direction of motion. In PFR there is no mixing or back flow, the content flows like a plug, from inlet to outlet. Residence time in plug flow reactor The mean residence time describes the time spent by fluid particles inside a reactor. In an ideal PFR we assume that each particle spends the same time inside a reactor. It is equal to the ratio: (Length of the reactor)/(speed of the fluid) or (Reactor volume)/(Volumetric flow rate). In reality, this assumption is not met and we deal with residence time distribution (RTD). "Model Modification and Calibration of Metal Hydride Tanks" This work simplies the three-dimensional state-space model of metal hydride tanks into the two-dimensional state-space model by assuming that the tank temperature can be measured. Then, the model is modied with a pipe model, which allows to compute the input ow from the pipe pressure that can be easily measured. Finally, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to estimate the unknown model parameters. Presented at #hyceltec_2024 #hydrogen #energy_storage
