Imagine the amount of good we can do together. In the past year, Covered opened a stabilization safe house for survivors recovering from human trafficking and have helped hundreds through our crisis coordination. We have helped them with basic needs when they are fresh out of trafficking. Most survivors come to us without any belongings like clothes or good shoes. We empower them to heal through effective EMDR therapy sessions and group therapy. We help them with housing or possibly getting out of the state if it's needed. We empower them to get their GED's or go on to higher levels of education to achieve the dreams they want. We help them with understanding their finances so they don't become vulnerable to trafficking again. We empower survivors to reclaim their lives and empower the community to stand up against human trafficking. Be part of the good we are doing right here in Colorado this next year.
