MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2024 Theme “Community is... what we create together” We all have mental health. It’s a treasure, something to look after so we can lead our best and most fulfilling lives. My takeaway this week is to probe a bit deeper with your mates to find out how they are doing. How are you doing? How are you overcoming challenges you’re currently facing, professionally or personally? For me, to clear the mind and tackle my days, My go-to is to move the body, either a nice walk at a local park, throwing it down with my Fitcomms family pictured below, or a coffee catch-up with a close friend to Korero.
