Not the typical "we're family" but... I want my team to feel free to: - Take charge of their tasks - Share their ideas without holding back - Make decisions that play to their strengths Also, try giving your opinion last in meetings and see what the others have to say without being influenced by your opinion, you might learn something! And by giving them this freedom, I'm helping them find and use their unique voice. Because I believe that when people feel empowered to be themselves, they unlock their full badass potential. A company filled with passionate, confident individuals can achieve extraordinary things. My job is to create the right environment for the 8th habit to flourish.
