Sometimes all you need in a static ad is social proof. Show the audience that a real human being has used the product and the way it has impacted their lives... and you've got a pretty good ad. Skincare products are especially easy to do this with. Introduce the audience to your product and the benefits that follow. Then simply add social proof: '96% reported better skin, etc' - Based on a panel of 50 women. Simple ads with this method don't need a lot of time to creative... if you have the social proof.
